We want to take this opportunity to thank all of our clients past and present. Especially those who have given Positive referrals, local businesses, repair shops, dealerships, repeat customers.. the patient and forgiving ones as well.
There can be a lot of negativity in the world, and sometimes people can occasionally wake up on the proverbial 'wrong side of the bed'. We forgive those who have had sub-par feedback for us. We know that we are not perfect, no person or business is, and often times we find ourselves overworked, or rare situations completely out of our control (i.e. 3rd party vendors or the US Post Office, etc.) but we do it with the intention of giving the fastest possible service to as many as possible. We work around the clock for you, every day including Saturdays and Sundays, even birthdays and holidays!
Something many may not be aware of is that German Audio Tech has a HUGE heart, and we can often times wear it on our sleeve. We have given away tens of thousands of dollars in discounts (even when not requested), donate regularly to charities, provide heavily discounted and free services to those in need, rushed shipping covered at no additional cost. We have even kept a cherished letter from a retired Detroit autoworker who was living off social security and could not afford to fully pay for a service we provided during the deepest part of the 2008 Great Recession. We just could not deposit his check, instead gave a free service to help him keep going!
We are proud to have made quite a few long-lasting close friendships with many of you. The joy when we receive a Positive, happy written review, hand-written or typed makes our day. A smile and a firm handshake, the excitement of seeing their car function like it was new again or the few hugs given really keeps us uplifted and fulfilled.
To all those who supported us, including the 20,000+ positive reviews on eBay, we thank you sincerely and will continue to work on solutions to keep your car ownership experience a positive and economical one.
