Video Update: German Audio Tech's REPAIR SERVICE Cartoon

Over the years we have been asked so many times "Hello German Audio Tech! How does your repair service work?" We've explained the process in writing, but then we thought, wouldn't it be cool to have a video explaining the process? Additionally, this would give us an opportunity to reach a broader audience on social media as well as YouTube.
Fiverr.com helped us source an excellent cartoonist, who created the entire scripted video in only 2 weeks! The cartoon characters make it more fun to watch and colors are vivid and hold attention of the viewer.
Usually our clients find us as a result of a failed electrical component searching Google.com, or through a referral. Our process works like this:
- Device is found faulty
- Customer logs into www.germanaudiotech.com, then locates & buys the service they require.
- Information sheet (http://www.germanaudiotech.net/pages/repair-service-customer-information-sheet) is then printed and filled out.
- Part is package and mailed to us.
- We repair part quickly, with warranty and return back to customer
- Part is delivered by courier, installed back into car and problem is solved at a fraction of the cost of buying a new part from a dealership.
